Claire and the crew there are amazing. Highly recommended for any sports injuries right through to remedial work.

My teenager, like many teenagers, had passed the point of the odd spot and was now suffering from Acne, his skin would be inflamed and itchy causing physical discomfort as well as causing low self confidence. Many hours in the pool and gym were blamed for acne by medical professionals, so was he to stop training to ensure he had clear skin ?? As a parent you step in as the fixer, and after many expensive serums, tonics and 4 step skin programmes we stumbled across CBD oil. The results were amazing.

The blend that we personally used was Unique by Knead It Sport this is a cooling blend o(…)

I have been going to Claire since she started and I wouldn’t be able to function without her ! I have acupuncture and remedial massage and it makes a huge difference to me . She definitely knows her stuff and is worth her weight in gold !!

I have been and had many massages but never have I been back. 2 years I have been going to Claire’s the difference it has made is beyond words. Knowledgeable, clean, friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Been using physios, sports therapists for years since messing my shoulder up with very little improvement. And a whole heap of money. Been visiting Claire for a few months now. Improvements are huge and where others would just keep taking your money Claire reccomended i speak to gp now with a bit of help from an osteopath and claires touch ive got more movement than in a decade with another physio. Couldnt reccomend her enough. All in all shes a grest physio and a lovely person.

Excellent professional service, comfortable and relaxing studio, sorted my back pain after a couple of sessions, I would highly recommend Knead it sport to any of my friends and colleagues.

Highly recommend to anyone! Long term muscular injury sorted in two sessions. Fantastic value and service

Claire is an very talented therapist, I have been visiting her for years now for a bad lower back and shoulder which doesn’t get easier having a severely disabled child on my own. She is now working with my son William and I was pleasantly surprised how much range of movement she got in his legs in just one session! I can’t wait for more sessions to see how he responds.

We also religiously every night use the kneadit sport cbd oil, I rub it on the soles of my sons feet to help him sleep and for me on my lower back and shoulders, I’m pleased to say it has reduced my reliance on painkill(…)

I have recently been having trouble with a large knot in the muscle of my inner thigh. I received acupuncture from Claire with amazing results. At first I was a little unsure. But, at one point she tweaked the needle and I can only describe the experience as an explosion in my leg. The knot suddenly released all the built up toxins! The relief was amazing. However, I did go a little hot and sweaty due to the release of chemicals in the body for a short time. But then I felt fantastic all day. Even now after 3 days, my leg still feels great. Thanks again Claire.

It’s a great place, I felt very welcomed, I had some knots removed from my shoulders, Claire was very professional and I felt confident in her hands. Afterwards I felt great, and would definitely go back for more treatments by the team.

This is my second time coming to claire for acupuncture and it has made me feel really relaxed. This has been amazing for my anxiety and the CBD bath oils that I’ve used are amazing! They smell lovely and are soothing on my dry skin. Thank you so much! you’re highly recommended and i will be coming back again

Very knowledgeable, claire has sorted out my aches and pains many times. Highly recommend!

Caring, knowledgeable and won’t hesitate to go the extra mile. Can do relaxing massages, remedial and sporrs massage and ecen acupuncture so whatever I need, they’re there for me 🙂

Went to see Claire with severe neck pain, after my first appointment I was feeling better and by the 2nd I was pain free! She is great, professional, friendly and very knowledgable, if you are having any kind of joint pain, go and see her 🙂

I can’t recommend Claire highly enough. The difference in my performance after a session with her is well worth the 2 hour round trip. Excellent range of knowledge and she’s able to target every issue superbly.

Knead It is such a great place for sports recovery, massage injury therapy. Claire really knows her stuff

I can’t thank Claire enough! I’ve been a professional bodybuilder for over 20 years so I know about aches and pain. Every visit to the UK I make sure I visit Claire to get everything put right again so my training can continue to my best ability. Few years back had car accident which resulted in pinch nerve in neck. Flying from Australia to the UK DOSENT help it on top of training so I make sure I visit Claire to help me out. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Last trip Claire also gave me her roll on CBD oil which also has help improve the area around my neck. Thank you so much Claire (…)

Absolutely amazing always feel great after a massage. Claire is fab at what she does could not do without her!

I’ve been working with George as a carer for the past five months. I’ve seen him struggle with everyday life due to many restrictions with his muscle health, due to a complication with a surgery. Since suggesting George come and see Claire, both him and i have seen a great improvement. George says he’s having less muscle spasms and his wife has also commented  on the fact that he is sleeping so much better too. George looks forward to his visits and I’m so pleased that Claire has brought some peace back into his world

I’ve been coming for awhile now to see claire after seeing someone who damaged me through not knowing what they was doing. I highly recommend claire to anyone. My shoulder is so much better
